DELIVERY & PICKUP


  • What are your business hours?

    Contact us anytime.  We can work with you to arrange the party date of your choice and any day of the week. Our busies rental period is Friday to Sunday.


  • How are your items cleaned before each use?

    We're proud to offer you high quality products and make sure our linens are sanitized, lookiing and feeling their best. Our linens, trays, and decorative items pass through a rigorous cleaning process after each use. We believe that a few things are as relieving as knowing that our kids are sleeping in a crisp, sanitized and clean space.

  • What is the standard rental period?

    Standard rental is overnight. We do have one designated weekend per month for 2 -3 night rentals. If you wish to hire for more than one night  contact us for additional arrangements (additional night rate applies).



DEPOSIT & PAYMENT


  • How do I book a party ?

    Contact us to reserve your specified date and time. An initial deposit is required of $150. The remaining amount of your total package is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event. 

  • What if I have to cancel ?

    If you have to cancel due to unforseen circumstances we will happily work with you to reschedule your party date. 

  • What's the standard rental period?

    Standard rental is overnight only. If you wish to hire for more than one night  contact us for additional arrangements (additional night rate applies).
